How We Grow

1. Seed Selection and Preparation

We begin by selecting high-quality, Non-GMO seeds, opting for organic varieties whenever they are available. Our growing medium is carefully prepared using eco-friendly materials that ensure optimal drainage and nutrient delivery, setting the stage for healthy microgreen development.

2. Sowing and Germination

Seeds are evenly put on the medium. We maintain a controlled environment with the perfect temperature and moisture levels to promote successful germination. Advanced lighting systems provide 12-16 hours of light daily, simulating natural sunlight to support vigorous growth.

3.Watering and Air Circulation

Our microgreens are watered with purified water to keep the growing medium consistently moist but not waterlogged. We ensure proper air circulation with ventilation systems to prevent mold and encourage healthy plant development.

4. Harvesting and Post-Harvest Processing

Microgreens are harvested at their peak freshness, typically when they reach 1-3 inches in height. After harvesting, they are gently rinsed, dried, and packed in airtight containers to maintain their quality and flavor.

5. Quality Control and Delivery

Each batch undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure it meets our high standards. We then ship the microgreens promptly in eco-friendly packaging, ensuring they arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.
